He was born in 1972 in İzmir. He graduated from Saint-Joseph High School in İstanbul in 1991 and İ.Ü. He graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration. In 1998, he served as a military officer. Baris Naim, who was entitled to receive the CAE , Chemical Assessment Expert (KDU) certificate in 2019, has been working in various companies engaged in the production of chemicals and legislation consultancy since 2000.
He conducted cost analyzes for the printing ink industry regarding total consumption, pricing, competitor analysis, market share.
He has successfully organized local distributors and departments.
