The “Regulation on Safety Data Sheets Regarding Hazardous Substances and Mixtures” regulating the provisions on Safety Data Sheets was published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in the Official Gazette No. 29204 dated 13 December 2014.

With the entry into force of this Regulation, the "Regulation on Safety Data Sheets for Hazardous Substances and Mixtures" numbered 29204 will be repealed as of December 31, 2023.

Substances mixtures and articles placed on the market within the borders of Turkey, will have Safety Data Sheet issued by accredited institutions and  prepared by experts .
